Return & Refund

There will be no exchange or refund on any purchases made.

 

Returns or exchange will only be done only if there are any major defects of the product or a wrong order that has been delivered. It has to be done within 7 days of receiving the item. The item has to be unused and in the same condition that you, the buyer, have received and in the same original packaging to be eligible for the refund or exchange. If it has been opened/used/damaged, there will not be any refunds or exchange.

 

If the shipment is lost during the return transit, The Architerior is not responsible. When we have received the returned goods, we will check and confirm the conditions before proceeding with the refund. You, the buyer will be responsible for the shipping cost for returning the item. Shipping costs are strictly non-refundable. Shipping costs are not included in the refunds.

 

If the purchased item is deemed as a defect, we will dispatch the same item that you have originally purchased. However, you can also opt for a refund.

 

If the defect is a minor stain or a scratch that can be hidden, there will be a partial refund*. The defected item has to be unwashed and unused to be eligible for the exchange or refunds.

 

*The amount refunded varies.

 

Only regular priced items may be eligible for refunds or exchange.

 

If you have ordered fragile goods from us and it has broken during the transit, we will not be responsible for the damage. All packages are wrapped thoroughly to ensure that there will not be any damage done to the goods.

 

If you have received an item that you did not order, we will dispatch the item that you have originally purchased and the wrong item has to be delivered back to us. The wrong item has to be unwashed and unused to be eligible for the exchange or refunds. 

 

Steps for Refunds/Exchange

 

  1. Send us an e-mail with the title “Refund/Return - Order No.” with the photos of the defected/wrong item with some details to thearchiterior@gmail.com.

  2. For a quick response, please provide your order number.

  3. We will reply to you on the next step as to whether you are eligible for an exchange or refund when we have received your returned items.

  4. If you are eligible, you may then return your item via courier services or drop it off at our place with an appointment.
